When choosing to insure your pet, there are many companies to select from. We are unable to recommend a particular insurance company as they are all so different. Please make sure you know exactly what is covered and how much you are covered for.

If you are in the position of having to claim on your insurance, please drop a form down to the clinic or start the claim on your portal. We are unable to do direct claims with any insurance company (whether the company states they do or not)therefore you are required to pay your bill at the time of treatment and we can then assist with making a claim.
